I've had some problems cutting Grungepaper with my eclips, and wondered if anyone has any tips for me? Here's what I'm doing:
- Setting the blade height/depth at the highest (number) setting, pressure to the highest setting, and speed to the slowest.
- Putting the blade somewhere in the middle of the Grungepaper and cutting from there (not the edge, as that just makes the cutter shove it around).
- Making sure to use a fresh, sticky mat.
The biggest problem is that the paper shifts around, as the Grungepaper doesn't stick very well. Maybe I can use an extra adhesive (like redline tape, if not too thick) to get it to stick to the mat?

Tips for cutting Grungepaper?
Re: Tips for cutting Grungepaper?
I have had good luck with blue painter tape to hold down paper. Also I have used a rolling pin to really press down and smooth out paper. A new light coat of spray adhesive to the mat might work but too much and you might tear the thinner paper.
Hope this helps.
Hope this helps.

Re: Tips for cutting Grungepaper?
Thanks! I'll have to try different tapes and see if that helps. I have a can of the spray glue and maybe I can make it super-sticky, too.
Re: Tips for cutting Grungepaper?
I had to cut some glitter paper once so instead of cutting the glittery part, I turned the paper over and cut the image in reverse. This way you can tape down your image and not worry about ruining the back of the paper.
