Unable to activate again

HI. I FINALLY got a new computer.
I am installing my ecal software from the website.
I have the serial number of the machine and the big long serial number they sent me.
No matter what I do, it will not let me activate my software.
Is anyone well versed in this that I can get this up and running .... quickly?

Just email craftedge during business hours and tell them what is going on. They can reset it for you.
