I already installed the last version of SCAL to a Big Sur Mac OS system and I'm having trouble because software does not recognize silver bullet professional series. I selected the cutter, it appears on the usb of the machine but the software does not recognize it.

Can you explain in more detail what you mean by this statement: "it appears on the usb of the machine" ? Screenshots or photos are always helpful.
