What is your wait time at this point? :)

Are you set up to make your first cut?

Do you have all the supplies at the ready position?

Is your camera charged to take photos?

Should be here Wednesday.

Everything is set up on the computer, just a case of plug in and cut.

I have some templates to cut from 1mm thick polypropylene sheets which will be a fair test I think, I have cut it on the cougar but it is a tricky thing to cut.

Camera is always charged but hopefully I will take some video with the old nokia n97 - moving pictures are better :D

Make sure you can find your exacto knife or hand cutter...scissors...something...
That box is BIG, I heard...you are going to want to be ready to open it!
For crying out loud, Louise...clear the catnip and feathers and make some space.
Tell the cats to behave...

Just having some fun and trying to share in your excitement...who knows...could it arrive early? Wouldn't that be something!

I already have a 24" Cougar so I am prepared for the box.. But yes it is SCARY big, the delivery guy who brought the cougar was out of breath by the time he got up the 4 flights of stairs with it LOL

Oh my Lord the 24" silver bullet is here!

What a machine! Honestly my 24" Cougar is absolutely amazing but this thing is just out of this world, it is stupendously good!

Have a look at the quality of these cuts from 1mm (0.04") matboard and tell me you are not impressed..

Ok, if you are not impressed how about when I tell you the large shape is 100mm (4") across and was cut in less than 4 seconds at a speed of 800mm/s

WHAT A MACHINE!!!!!

And my ultimate test, something I have never managed to cut right through with my Cougar even wit 4 passes, it cuts it almost through so I can tear the cut out out cleanly but never completely through. This is also a hard to grip plastic so without aditional measures I could not cut above 200 force on the cougar with really bad skewing due to the sheet slipping in the three pinch wheels.

0.9mm (0.035") thick polypropylene sheet which I use for making very heavy duty stencils.

On the Silver bullet it cut completely through with 2 passes at 240 force, and no slipping/ skewing at all even at max force of 250

This is 15mm (0.6") diameter discs cut from the sheet.

Dawn at http://www.thymegraphics.co.uk told me I would love the machine, I had no reason to doubt her and trusted her completely when she said I would not regret getting it, now I have the Silver Bullet Pro I can absolutely confirm she was yet again being completely truthful, this is without any doubt the best cutter I have ever seen.

I will now leave you in peace... Well, for a while anyway :D
