I sent a note to pazzles...curious about their cake decorating accessories and the craft room of images they offer.
Here is the response I got.
The Craft Room has over 4000 files in it right now, and we add new files every week. With membership you get access to all the images, the forums, project ideas, and all skill levels of video tutorials, galleries of other user projects, and designer chat, where you can get one on one instant message support with a Pazzles designer. The Pastry Starter Kit has all the tools you need to turn the Pazzles Inspiration into a pastry cutter. It comes with a mat, blade, and removeable rollers (should your Inspiration be one of the original models without them -- models we ship out now come with them). You can cut fondant, sugar sheets, gum paste, and we've even tried a few non-edible yet food-like things with the pastry kit, like Makin's Clay: http://www.makinsclay.com/US/eng/home.htm. For crafting and engraving purpose there is need of V cutter. It will help to make any design or engrave any logo and name with quite sharpness and closely. Other types of cutter do not closely focus on metal sheet.
