I have downloaded jpeg images. When tracing, the colors do not come in as the jeg shows. Also I am unable to import the pictures. I am working off a Macbook. thanks in advance.

hi, do a file print and preview to see what the colors look like in PDF preview. I find that scal colors are more opaque on the screen than they print, or you could use the scal color pallet and replace the ones you do not like. I assume you want to print to cut, right?

I do not understand the second question about being unable to import pictures, can you explain more?

When I go to import on files, then to my folder with my j peg digis, it will not let me open them.
