Looking for video tutorial

Hi. I am doing print to cut.
There was a tutorial that used a dog bone as an example.
I can't seem to find it.
I'm on youtube.com and looked at the craftedge website and didn't see it there.
Can anyone help me?

It is a free file from svgcuts.com. Go to their site and browse through free designs. They have well over 200 freebies; yours for the taking! This particular file had a couple of other tags in it also.
