I don't get to my SVG's from the personal library. I keep all of my svg's in a separate folder that contains other folders in categories of my choosing. SVG's are then filed in those folders. When I import an SVG, I go to this folder to get what I want.
Saying that, eCAL and SCAL did have a feature that allowed you to access your svgs from the "personal library" folder in the windows tab. I double checked it and it did work up to version 1.010. I believe this is what you might have had set up and to do this, you must go to edit -- preferences and in the artwork dialog box, create the path to the location of your svg files. Problem is.....I can't get it to work on my laptop PC in either SCAL3 for version 3.045 or eCAL for version 1.011.
I sent a question to CE about the issue.
If this is not what you were doing, please let me know.
