Craft Edge

I am using ECAL 2.023 software and I was told to change the registration marks from 2 to 3 I needed to go to Edit, Preferences and under the tab ECLIPs I could make the change. The only options I am given are General and Edit. What am I doing wrong? Can you please help me

You do it in cutter/cutter settings in ecal2 with eclips2. Defaults to 2 but drop down lets you go to 3.
