Pazzels Vue cutter settings bug

hello

first of all it tried to contact the support vie email without getting any answer since several days.

now i try to get help of the developer here.

there is a bug in your software SCAL4 (4.036) with pazzles „vue"

same in SCAL4 (4.038)

under cutter settings the mark-options (thickness , offset etc) can be edited but tle parameters
always resets after restart the application.

this bug is in mac an PC version

does anyone have the same problem?
