how do I cut specific objects in specific order?

When I cut multiple objects or letters, the cutting does not go as in specific order. How can I define the cutting orders so that I can choose which object to be cut first and which object to be cut last?
By the way, how to cut a long line?

The only way to specify the cut order is by using the layer order in the Layers window.
However, there is currently not a way to specify the program to use the layer ordering as we need to update the interface and will be in an upcoming update soon.
