How do Download a Graphic from Pic

I have a picture of something someone wants to add to a shirt. This is a company logo. I have the picture I took but it will not trace the image correctly.. I am not sure how to put this into SCAL3.. Help!!

You can use file/place image to get the image onto the mat, ensure that view/outline only is unchecked and you should see the image that will print.

Your information isn't clear. Whatever if you want to add a logo on shirt. You can try it on Photoshop maybe your problem will be solved. Thanks from
