Trouble with SCAL 3 Pro and Laserpoint II Cutter

I have been having a lot of trouble using SCAL for my contour cutting. My sheet prints around 100" long and it is 24" wide... I load it in my machine, select the registration marks, and when I hit cut, it ALWAYS cuts off of the image - I have created shadows to account for slight differences, but it cuts inches off (in both directions). I have been trying many things, without any solution. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

did you calibrate the machine?
Not that I know how to for your machine but most will need some kind of calibration.
