P&C with SCAL3 and Silhouette Cameo

I am confused with the Print N Cut with SCAL3 and I use Silhouette Cameo...I've tried the p&c with SCAL3 using the format with SCAL2 and does not work too well, and I am very, very picky...no white edges to be had on the edges of the cut at all. Unless I want a border, than that's ok.

So do we do the same technique/set up in SCAL3 as in SCAL2...center everything page, make the whole thing 3x3 and than move to left upper corner of virtual mat. Or what?

I've even looked on youtube.com for a tutorial...nothing.
