Not really a lot of work...the straw hair, hands and feet is a sun from the basic shapes and I just deleted a bunch of nodes and the rest is just other rectangles and circles and basic shapes with a triangle used to put the V in the shirt using back minus front on a copy of the shirt...and I added patterns from material in my closet that I took pictures of to use as pattern fills.
