v5 workspace & Pop Out Panels

While im exploring the new features in v5 I like some of the improvements.
But one thing that I think that could be a nice feature is the ability to save the popout panel with your workspace
For example. my layer panel popped out next to the settings panel and then save that layout to your workspace
