Cut preview

This would be for when we can weld to make sure all is welded.

Welding has to be done thru Inkscape. Once you import the .svg file into SCAL, you can tell if it is welded. If it looks like the preview on a new page in DSS, it is welded.

Once we have welding available in SCA then I would hope we have preveiw - they kinda go hand in hand... :)

I agree. Preview a definite once you have the welding added to SCA.

I like to see what I am cutting to be sure it is what I expect.

There are some posts under General that give you step by step directions to weld and make a mat/shadow using inkscape. It's very easy to use.
