can some one help out with problems I am having with my cricut expressions machine?

I can not get the dials (speed, pressure, size) to work. they do nothing when you turn them and are stuck on the lowest setting. please help. my machine is useless this way.

You might want to contact Provocraft. If it is the initial Cricut Expression machine, they have been out for quite a while and might have seen it's better days.
