Iron on heat transfer glitter vinyl

Post by kykakeke »

Is it possible to layer heat transfer glitter vinyl over heat transfer glitter vinyl. I am making a t-shirt for granddaughters 2nd birthday and want to put a #two on a minnie mouse head. Also want to put the pink bow on the ears. It would be pink on black.

Thanks - I worked with the iron on glitter vinyl before, but not in a layering situation. Thanks!

I haven't done this, but have heard that it's best not to, although some people go for it. Regardless of the htv the best adhesive is directly to the fabric. So, if you can delete out the area behind your objects and place the htv into that area it will be the best. I recently did a minnie head and deleted the bow on her head out of the black background, and then just set the red bow into that space.
