Craft Edge

This isn't my file, but I saw it on Pinterest. The designer put it on t-shirts for children. It is adorable. Just wanted to share the inspiration as I have new twin grand-nieces and thought to try make these.

Here is a link to the site where you can see. They have in a silhouette studio file, which doesn't help with svg, but it looks easy enough to save as a jpg and trace and she does share the file.
