Will scal5 support sissix eclipse, or will a support for that device remain in a separate version of the tool, ecal? If so is ecal going to be updated soon with some of scal5 features?

For the Sizzix eclips, you will need to stick with eCAL. We will be rolling the SCAL v5 changes into eCAL 3
