HELP..... Disconnected my Silverbullet machine now wont cut

Hiya
I am new to this forum and needed some help.
So I have been using SCAL 4 and my Silverbullet machine for a while. But I moved the location of the machine and now have issues cutting.
Files are sent from SCAL and says its cutting but nothing cuts. I believe it is all connected correctly and using same cables as before not sure what the issue is.
Anyone else experienced this before???
