Need help on SCAL4 , Cannot cut on GCC after tracing

Im just a newbie on SCAL4 software, currently bought my GCC i-craft this month of June 2017. I try to used the images on the SCAL4 library for cutting and it works. I tried to used downloaded svg file, preview the outline, and it shows. But if i try to cut on my GCC, im waiting for how many minutes but it doesn't start cutting, it only shows on the screen of gcc the word "Printing". I also try to import image and trace but same problem encounter, it doesn't cut the image on my SCAL4.
Please help me with this concern. Thank you so much in advance.
