Can I still purchase SCAL V2?

I tried searching for this, but couldn't find it.
Is it still possible to buy Sure Cuts A Lot V2? Or does buying Version 4 give me access to it?

Sorry, the answer is no. There are no legal copies of SCAL2 available, and SCAL4 will only work with existing registered copies of SCAL2.
