Scal 4 Cameo 3 Not Cutting all of Image

Can someone please help me if at all possible. Have been using Scal 4 with my old Cameo. Just got the Cameo 3 and have everything set up. All updates are current. Test cut works. When previewing my cut lines all show up but when I go to cut it only cuts partial image. Have replaced needle (even though should be brand new with machine). Just can't figure out why it is only cutting partial image. Any and all help would be so appreciated!!

Are you sure that you have the mat and paper size correct? Posting the file might help so I can take a look. In cutter/preview does it show the whole image?

I have vinyl picked, 12 X 12 mat. Not sure if that is wha you are asking.

Hi, I downloaded your file, traced it in ecal, reduced the number of nodes (path/simplify) substantially and cut it. I'm not sure what is happening to you but here are some pics.
