I just downloaded the SCAL program and updated to 4, now I am trying to download some files with the EPS extension, the file shows in full color, once it gets downloaded, in the SCAL comes out completely black, I don't know what to do to get it back to full color, please help.

Hi, the only thing I can think of is for you to save the image as .jpg or .png from your program. Then "trace" the image in scal. Let me know if this works for you,.
