USB Driver

I am using a laptop with windows ten and sure cuts a lot version 2. Every time I try to cut something I get a Failed to load USB driver. Please see help file for installing the USB driver. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I fix it? Thanks in advance:)

Hi 2-day newbie here. I was just watching a SCAL video and I think this may answer your question. Forgive me if I confuse you further. If your mat is on your screen, pull down the Help tab on the right. It will say Install USB Driver. I got this information from Cutting Machine Installation. Let me know if it works.
