Puma11 cutter does not cut from Sure Cuts a Lot4

Hi all I have a GCC Puma11 vinyl cutter and I am trying to use Sure Cuts a Lot4 to cut some vinyl on the cutter. The drivers are installed ant the program is installed but it seems that the program and cutter don't want to talk to each other and cut my vinyl.
I am new to all this so I am probable doing something wrong so if some of you good people could go through thr process of getting each other to talk I would be very appreciative.
Don't know if it helps but I have a computer with XP, Gcc Puma11 cutter and Sure Cuts a Lot 4 program

Kevin, you really need to have a conversation with CraftEdge support directly. They do not frequent this forum very often.
