can we upgrade to sure cuts alot version 4?

Was just wondering if i have to pay for version 4 that just came out, i just got my cutter and software, less then a month ago, thanks for your input guys.

An upgrade to vs scal4 is $19.99 if you have a registered copy of scal. Here is the link to the download

Thats crazy they make you pay for it, I think it should be free to upgrade once you have the software, and considering i just bought the software not even a month ago.
