Help needed with SCAL 3 and Craft Robo lite it wont cut :( !

Post by debec »

I have just downloaded SCAL 3. I have a craft robo lite. When I select "Cut", I choose the Graphtec option in printers, click on Preferences and then Controller. When the controller comes up there is no "Cut" option, only "Test Cut". If I choose test cut the Robo will do the cut, otherwise I have to close the controller panel and click, "Print". A pop up box says, "Ready to cut. Click OK button to start cutting". If I press ok, the cutting carriage moves to the left of the machine (as you look at it) and stays there. Can anybody advise me how I get SCAL 3 to work with my robo? Thank-you! x

BTT -- Not familiar with Craft Robo, but let's bump this up and see if someone else is. If not, you might need to contact CE support.

After you installed SCAL 3, did you activate it? Maybe that's why it says test cut. Just a thought.
