This is just a two layer silhouette of South Carolina, with a Title that I made for a school project.

mharms,
Love this. Did you do it in scal1 or scal2?

I was afraid of that. Did you trace it in SCAL? If not and you have an SVG would you mind posting it so us scal1 folks can use it? Thanks.

Unfortunately, no SVG file of this one. I don't know how to use inkscape or I'd make one for you. Maybe one of the other very talented people in this forum would be willing to take a crack at doing it in inkscape???

You can export an svg from SCAL2 when you make a trace. :) I have never tried it, since I usually just use Inkscape, but the option is there.

Oh wow, good to know. Todd thought of everything, except a list of what the new features are. For that, we have Heather! Thanks, Heather.

Wow, I had no idea you could make an svg file from the traced SCAL image. I will try to figure that out and post the svg file later tonight.

Done in SCAL 2. I just figured out how to convert it to a .svg file, so I'm gonna give that a try.

OK, looks live you have to save to .svg when you do the original trace. I've already done the SCAL file and (gasp!) deleted the original bmp files that I used so.... I can't seem to put an .svg out for you guys. I am SO sorry. I'm learning more everytime I do something, one day, I'll get it all right before I post it
