Bosskut Gazelle

I am trying to reinstall my mom's Gazelle on her PC (Windows 10) but having a hard time getting it to work. Anyone have any tips? Maybe updated drivers?

First, try installing the driver in case that's not been done. Unplug the Gazelle from your computer. In SCAL, go to Help>Install Driver and proceed from there. Post back if it still doesn't connect.
