No options under cut line type

I deactivated scal 5 on my old computer reinstalled it on my new computer registered it activated it and now when I try to change a cut line to a draw line there is no options at all under cut line type under the tools/wrench. I have the design selected. I've tried it with words and objects. I don't know how many times I can deactivate and activate it again so I'm hesitant to try that again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Cheryl

It's not tied to your registration, so no need to do that again. First off, have you reinstalled SCAL5's latest version by actually downloading it from Craft Edge? Note that the Help>check for Update function in SCAL doesn't work. You need to actually just go download it. If you have done that, then report back whether you're on Regular SCAL5 or SCAL5 Pro, and then PC or Mac, and also what operating system your computer is running. Also, what cutter do you have selected? I don't think that matters, but it would be good to know which one you added so that I can test the same one.
