Ive posted twice now and my second reply sits in limbo awaiting approval to be posted .. How is this being moderated or at if all.

Two days ago I replied to my original post and it still hasn't shown up nor will this im assuming.

For the record I emailed support since I cant find a active number and sent 2 emails now with 0 response come on can we do better then this for us please..

This is not meant to be a flame but this method is broken!

I'm the one reading all messages waiting to be moderated and I'm not finding one that's still in limbo. In fact, every single day I either Approve or Disapprove all posts in the moderation queue. I'm a volunteer, not an employee with Craft Edge and I'm sorry past posts haven't come through... but I can't approve something that I cannot locate. :(

That being said, I assume you've submitted a support ticket using this link: http://www.craftedge.com/support/support_form.php

And I assume you've requested your registration number using this link: http://www.craftedge.com/support/lostserial.php

If you provide more information about how many time you've registered your copy of SCAL (two is the maximum unless you Deactivate one or both of them), I might be able to further help you. I don't have access to SCAL's system but I understand, somewhat, how the registration system works.

SandyMcC That was not meant to be a attack at all ... However I was frustrated as I hit Post on thursday & friday you approved them on sat... I now notice I have permissions to post here without being moderated Prior which I thank you for.
I do however stick with my initial assessment that new user moderation is in need of help. When someone is looking for answers they want help yesterday if you know what I mean..
I do understand new users are moderated but when someone new comes here for answers to make it long and drawn out getting them well you don't know there is a problem.. if no one does not tell you..

let them flame VB lock the thread... delete the post if you have to but let them post after reg..

yes 2 tickets no reply .. 2 email accounts different days spam filters checked no reply.. no phone tech support #..
don't have a lost reg number its program functionality is my problem..

anyways I have solved my delima it a different program that runs both.. but it isnt Surecutsalot v5 doing it... (sad face)

The problem with allowing new sign-ups to post without moderation is that, on average, there are ~ 25 spam posts per day, most of which are sexual in nature and totally disgusting (even just the names of the posts are shocking) so there's no way to allow them to freely show up unless there was 24 hour, minute-by-minute moderation of this forum.

Again, I don't know why your posts weren't in the queue when I checked the past two mornings. That's very concerning because I do make the point of checking each and every single morning.

I'm glad you resolved the issue. If you need anything else, please let me know.
