Auto save
Auto save
Is there a way to set up an autosave so that we don't lose our work every time the software shuts down.

Re: Auto save
Unfortunately, not. I encourage you to add it to the Wish List here.
Meanwhile, if you're on SCAL5, then after a crash there should be a file recovery which acts as an Autosave. When you reopen SCAL, it should open a prompt window where you can reopen the last version that was saved. But I've also had crashes that didn't offer that recovery... but it could because it was too soon... or maybe the file hadn't been saved once yet. I've never had the time to research how it works exactly.

Re: Auto save
100% backing this suggestion. The software doesn't crash unexpectedly for me too often, but any loss of work is very demotivating.
Re: Auto save
Thank you Sandy,
I thought at one time there was an autosave. But yes it crashes and then you lose everything. I have tried before to open the screen again and it has saved nothing. So frustrating.
