And then, if you ever do need a detailed user manual (or other tutorials/videos) for any particular function, here's a link to my Support page for SCAL:

Hi Sandy,
nice to see the short-cut tabel. But I do n't see a short-cut for "Close project" and no for "close all projects". ???

Aha! Thank you! That shortcut was obviously (and logically) added in SCAL5 since SCAL4 didn't allow more than one project to be opened. I missed seeing it when comparing the two programs and updating the table. I'll get it added. If you find others, please do let me know. :)

keyboard shortcuts

Post by MichaelTiera »

Hi,

I like keyboard shortcuts a lot since they allow me to save so much time and nerves. Currently, I have to create lots of graphics in Inkscape with lots of alignment stuff. Alignment with the keyboard shortcuts on the keypad align top/bottom/center... works perfectly for me. There is just one problem: I really often have to change "Relative to" between "Last selected" and "Page". Therefore, I always have to open the Align and Distribute view and change it appropriately with the mouse. I did not manage to give that a keyboard shortcut. Can anybody tell me, how this can be accomplished?
