SCAL 3 Registration Marks For Multi Color/Layer Jobs

Hello, I am fairly new to SCAL 3 and looking to cut some 2 color stickers where one is layered on the next, but am having issues with my registration marks.

I have some simple diamond shapes to use a reg marks that are on their own layer and color. When I got to cut the job by color and i get to the job that has the reg marks, It does not align in the same location.

Does anyone have tricks or tips or possibly a video on walking someone through this? I have searched YouTube and have not found anything that has assisted me.

I appreciate any assistance.

The easy is to create a page for each image (you can cut/paste from the master page). then you can select the page with the image you want and cut. You can move the image exactly where you want it on the new page.
