I am very new to SCAL5 and trying to learn it. I have MTC and can navigate myself around there
but trying to learn this is quite a bit different :(

Here is one questions (I am sure there will be many more). I was looking in the manual and
it said I can preview fonts when I aworking with them but highlighting a word I have on my mat
and then hitting the text drop down at the top but when I do my "font preview" is grayed out.
Help

You need to be in "regular mode" when selecting the text. Thus, after entering text, click on the arrow on the Tools Panel on the left to be back in Select mode and then click on the text (don't try to drag your mouse to select it), and then you should be able to go to the Font Preview window.

Thank you Sandy - I got it. I am still learning this software so I am sure you will
see me around here asking more questions
