Hi friends, since I have a new PC desktop , My SCAL4 pro, many times he crashed, especialy when I use the pen-tool to draw lines.
My PC = Windows 10 home edition, 64 bits. RAM = 16 Gb. Who can help me?

I know some users have issues if they have a Windows computer that is set to power off USB connections after a certain time period. I have a video showing how to turn if off:

I am using Office 365 on my PC. I was using the windows 7 it works fine but the issues happen when I try to use the programson windows 10. But the issue is that i am able to open the Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc, but when i try to click on a document to work on i have an error message comes up saying "Microsoft Excel/Word/etc has stopped working". i visit MS Office 365 Support for the solution. But the issue does not remove completely. please suggest the solution.

This forum is specifically for a software program called Sure Cuts A Lot. Support for Microsoft Office issues would best be sought at a Microsoft Office forum. Good luck!

Lots of help there Sandy, this is not a "windows" issue, I have a mac and SCAL has crashed on me since I got it. When detecting registration marks it crashes all the time and when using the undo button it deletes my whole project. MANY issues have been reported and never...NOT ONE update to fix anything. I just wish somebody was on here to give support and and solve problems. The print and cut has never worked right with the silhouette... I have 3 cutters and 4 programs to cut with, this is a SCAL problem.

What version of SCAL are you currently running? The full version number?
