I have the SCAL2 when i activated it i had a different email. I am unable to locate the software serial number. The problem i am having is the font i am using is cutting under and over strike through the letters on my Cricut expression. I am a Laura Worthington Milkshake font.

It sounds like the cuts through your text are due to the fact you're using a non-registered version of SCAL2. Since you state that you had a different email address when you first bought and registered SCAL, you will now need to submit a support ticket and provide as much information as possible regarding when you first purchased SCAL, under what name, order number, email address used for registering, new email address, and any other information you might have that will facilitate getting your original registration number sent to you.
