Post subject:  Updating to Windows 10 error

Hi All,

I've been using the SCAL4 program for the last 6 months on Windows 7 but need to update to Win10 for some of my other programs to work better. In doing the upgrade, I lose the ability to access my SCAL4 program. When I try and open the program it's telling me it's still the demo mode and I need to enter my serial number and Name so I enter the one I was given when I bought my Silver Bullet Cutter. It seems happy with the code but then opens a little error boxsaying Trial Version has expired and I need to purchase a licence and won't open the program at all (pic attached). Do you have any ideas as to what is going on? I have sooo many orders to cut today. Thanks
