Help me build a screen?

I have an Elite 135" designer but Cinegrey 5D coming tomorrow that I luckily snatched off of Amazon.
I am trying to build one of the Aeon Edge Free designs with the LED lighting. Right now I'm using my wall as a screen that this wonderful forum helped me with last summer.
So far I have the projector (Epson 5040UB) and the screen will be here tomorrow. The projector is 16 1/2 feet away right now but i would like to move it closer. Will that cause any issues with the screen and hot spotting? My basement is unfinished but the wall its going on is Glidden Diamond Flat White. I have 93'' ceilings and I sit 14.5' away. I eventually would like to get the DreamScreen 4K for ambient lighting. Mainly the screen will be used for gaming but I also watch movies and sports as well and would like to be able to watch with the lights on or with the blinds open.
