I cut some 4 inch tall block letters and there were very thin strips cut along some of the edges.
The strips vary from 1/16 inch to hair like thickness. These are very difficult to see so they dont all get removed.
I was cutting these letters for a paint mask and some of the extra strips came off when I removed the backing
from the vinyl but some were still there on my project after I peeled off the paint mask.
It is not easy to remove a 1/64 strip that has been painted over.
I looked at the nodes on my lines and couldn't see extra nodes for these strips.
Is this a problem with SCAL2 driving the cutter improperly or is this a problem with the cutter ( Cricut Expression)?
