Need some help

Post by wshepard »

I have been trying to figure out how to fix the portions that are black. Not having any luck.
When I preview the cut it is fine and shows the cut lines in the h, e, o, l and the music note.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try viewing the file in outline mode you might see the pieces that are in the center. You can then try sending it to your cutting and do a cutter preview and see if those insides are going to cut out...bet they will

What is the name of the font....it is lovely!

Just tried your suggestion and it doesn't show they are going to cut. It is the Samantha font.
Any other suggestions?

I just redesigned it in another program and fixed my issue.
Thanks for your help.

If the "missing" interior shapes are there in Show Outline Only mode, then select everything and go to Object>Merge. They will then appear when you turn off Show Outlines Only.

Try merging the design and see if it bring them back.
