Shapes disappeared from library

Hi guys,

My straight line disappeared from my library's Basic Shapes. In its place is a turquoise box called A6 rectangle. Was this done via updates or did I inadvertendly change this shape? I cannot for the life of me remember using a shape this size or colour or saved anything as this name.

How do I get my line back? I use it a lot to create my own weeding lines (of course I have the normal SCAL 4, not the pro).
