Cricut Mini Not Cutting

I need help with Cricut Mini.
When I ask it to cut it says items are placed outside the cutting area and lets me click ok. Then goes back to the cutting options but doesn't cut.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled created a new account and it stills keeps saying it and not cutting.

There is no UK helpline and I don't know what to do.
