I want to put a border/outline around my words (the white or black) like in my attached picture. I can't for the life of me figure it out. Can anyone help me?
I am using the eclips2 and the SCAL program.

1. Type your text.
2. Select the text, Object to Path.
3. Copy the text and Paste in place.
4. Path Offset the copy. No fill. Stroke with black.
5. Path Union.

I copy and paste the text and then use the shadow or blackout feature found under the wrench icon. You can make it larger or smaller and then you have two layers if that is what you want.
