SCAL4 - Problems importing WPC files...

I recently switched from Pazzles to Cricut and I'm trying to convert some wpc files to svg in SCAL4. I've been successful with a few files, but am running into one of two problems with the rest:

1.) I import the wpc file and nothing shows up on my SCAL mat.

or

2.) SCAL totally crashes when I click on the file I'm trying to import.

I'm using Windows 10.

If you do a screen capture of your design it will save as jpg or png which can be imported/traced in scal. I hope this works for you since I do not have the cricut software to test it.
