SCAL 3 and 4 crashes constantly (on 2 different computers)

I have used 2 different computers scal3 and scal 4 and they constantly crash during a cutting session.. THis has cost me hundreds of dollars in materials and time.

I have used it on windows 7 and windows 10 and no luck still crashes..

I will be fine if I cut the project in very small sections but what is the use of that? wasting valuable time and tons of money while pissing off customers!
