Microsoft Digital Image Pro 9

Has or do anyone use this program for editing. I have always use it and now i am having to go to Microsoft 10 computer and i was wondering if it will support it or what is a good editing program. I loan it to someone and can't seem to figure out who i loan it to and everyone i have contacted they don't have it.Thanks for your help
